Shipping policy

 

Delivery

All orders will be delivered within 7-14 days after the processing of the order is completed. ( Delays may vary depending on the carrier, please contact the carrier if your package has not been delivered within the expected time frame).

Processing

All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from date of order placed.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

PIck-Up

Orders can be picked up anytime before 8 pm. Please call our number to arrange a time that best suits your needs. (919)307-9955

Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification that your order is ready for front porch pick-up.

Delivery Region

Manda Panda's ships only to addresses within the U.S. only using USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.

Damages

Manda Panda's not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
